*Caution*

Do not microwave immediately after freezing. Place frozen food in the glass and refrigerate overnight before microwaving. If the food is too hot and too cold, the glass may break. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on power. Microwave with the lid open.

After removing it from the microwave, the glass will still be warm. Do not let the glass get wet as this may cause it to break. Let it cool before washing.

If using a food processor or steamer, open the lid and steam for about 15-20 minutes.
