*Precautions*
Do not microwave immediately after freezing. Frozen food should be transferred to the glass and refrigerated overnight before microwaving. If the food is too hot and too cold, the glass may crack. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on power. Open the lid and microwave.
After removing from the microwave, the glass will still be warm. Do not let the glass come into contact with water, as this may cause the glass to crack. Allow to cool before washing.
If using a food processor or steamer, open the lid and steam for approximately 15-20 minutes.
